I've been taking things apart to see how they worked since I was a kid. Microcontrollers, model kits, radio controlled anything: if it had moving parts, I needed to understand it. That same curiosity is what I bring to finance and insurance. I have spent the past 10 years working across cloud infrastructure migrations, Fortune 500 enterprise integrations, and the critical steps that must be done right to modernize legacy systems without breaking everything in the process.

Anthony Kyle Monroe

I'm Anthony Kyle Monroe. I work with finance and insurance organizations on the problems that sit between strategy and delivery: legacy systems that can't stay but can't just be replaced, integrations that touch more things than anyone documented, and teams trying to move faster than their infrastructure allows.

My background spans cloud architecture, enterprise integrations, and agile leadership. I've run product backlogs, managed migrations across UAT and production, and built platforms from the ground up. I'm equally comfortable in a technical architecture review and a sprint planning session.

When I'm not fixing a problem, I'm building something. If it's new, barely documented, or just hasn't been done that way before, that's where I want to be.

A Raspberry Pi feeder camera with passive motion detection, automatic clip recording, and direct posting to social media. Built to run headless in an outdoor enclosure and handle the full pipeline from sensor trigger to uploaded post without intervention.

Aerial Photography & FPV Drone Racing
A small fleet of hand-built quadcopters, each designed for a specific use case. A micro for tight indoor flying, a 5-inch racing quad built for FPV speed, and a medium-lift platform rigged for aerial photography. Every frame sourced and assembled from scratch.

Fusion eSports/Team Fusion
Content management and daily web updates for Fusion eSports, LLC and their client roster. Maintained websites and social media for Team Fusion (TeamFusion.gg), Noble eSports (Noble.gg), and Enemy eSports (Enemy.gg), plus on-site video production and editing for live events.

GP API Validator
Playwright-based tool that scrapes Global Payments developer documentation, pulls the full request structure for any endpoint (URL, headers, body, code snippets in JSON and cURL), then fires live tests against the actual API using OAuth 2.0 token auth. Results surface in a local dashboard with syntax highlighting and a side-by-side of documented vs actual responses.

Home Media Server
Raspberry Pi 4B running DietPi as a headless home media stack. Sonarr, Radarr, Readarr, and Prowlarr handle automated tracking and indexing. Transmission manages downloads. Plex serves everything to the rest of the house. Runs 24/7 without intervention.

Driving adoption and awareness of Global Payments' developer platform. Building bridges between product capabilities and the developer community through advocacy, content, and direct engagement.

Led end-to-end product launches from internal pilot through general availability. Managed client migration experiences across UAT and production phases, mentored junior PMs, and coordinated across engineering, sales, and shared services.

Owned the new customer onboarding experience for Heartland Restaurant and Retail. Rebuilt the Essentials product into a self-guided, direct-to-customer offering and led cross-functional delivery across sales strategy, solution architecture, and data infrastructure.

Owned the backlog for two concurrent products including the Aflac Agent Hub iOS app. Drove internal adoption, wrote user stories for engineering teams, and ran sprint planning and release cycles with Scrum teams.
